Pros

- Strong team culture. Despite a merger of three different companies, everyone I work with is welcoming, collaborative and supportive. At my level, it feels more like a "family" than most tech environments I've worked in. - Exciting work with real impact. Tria has become a leader and innovator in the AI space and I'm excited to see where this will take us. - Throughout my tenure, the Executive Team has communicated clear goals and empowered teams across all Business Units to execute with almost complete autonomy. - Plenty of remote work opportunities allow for a great work-life balance.

Cons

- Merger of three companies comes with challenges and growing pains: differences in tools, processes, and cultures, which can affect different people in different ways.
