- If not in a technical role, the CEO doesn't respect you, your time, or your skills.
- Leadership doesnt care about nuturing current employees unless they're men, especially if you're in a "soft-skill role" because the CEO doesn't respect non-technical roles
- CEO doesn't answer any of the questions asked in all hands with a straight answer, he'll give you a non-answer and defers to the HR person
- CEO had originaly told us all that we shouldn't be worried about coronavirus, because we weren't going to be the most affected demographic without thinking if any of us were immunocompromised, lived with older family members, etc. He said that if anyone should be worried, it's him since his older parents are the ones who need to worry about it the most. It's a complete disregard of us and our feelings, but par for the course.
- Didn't hire HR until they were forced to by law. If you complain to HR, they will not do anything for you.
- There have been multiple complaints about managers being sexist and discriminatory towards their direct reports, and those managers are still working there.
- Quality of engineers on the platform is poor, becuase it's about getting the most amount of engineers rather than quality engineers.
- Feedback culture is poor. They tried to implement radical candor, but people use that as an excuse to be rude rather than give constructive criticism.
- Men are paid FAR more than women.
