Reasons I would advise you to stay clear of Triumvirate: 1) Over worked 2) Underpaid 3) Under valued 4) Disrespected 5) Mismanaged 6) Overall worn out ambiance of colleagues from being stretched too thin 7) Poor Benefits All in all a money hungry company that sells themselves as "looking out for the employee" but could care less and just needs "boots on the ground" Disclaimer - any reviews you read that are titled "hard work pays off" or "great atmosphere" are Triumvirate recruitment staff trying to redeem their ranking. Just part of the smoke and shadows Triumvirate casts.

Cons

Long hours. Low pay. Dangers. They preach safety , but out the window...when a client calls. Surprise no has died yet, but thank god. No life outside of work. Ruins marriages & relationships. Made up titles & postions.

None, this place is just horrible, stay away unless your literally starving for money and need work ASAP, even then look for another job because this is not the place for you unless you like putting yourself around dangerous toxic waste all day and doing extremely hard labor for $15.50 an hour with a college degree.

Cons

Just about everything is a con with this company. Don't get it confused, this position is literally being a garbageman/women for extremely dangerous and toxic waste. Nobody seems to take any lunch breaks even on 12+ hour days and the job literally consists of loading and unloading trucks all day, not to mention the drivers who work for the company who don’t even have a degree, get paid the same as people with a degree, and essentially perform the same position. This job is a complete joke and a waste of time unless you’re looking to break your back for a job that pays the bare minimum for the labor they put you thru. BOTTOM LINE - YOU WILL BE OVERWORKED AND UNDERPAID, YOU HAVE ALL BEEN WARNED! This company really needs to make some serious changes.
