-Clueless Management -Unsafe and Unhealthy Atmosphere -Shady activities -Low pay for the work you do -Favoritism -There is No Preventative maintenance on any of the Machines(So they end up breaking down for hours on end) -There is No business model, No training structure(We lost Customers due to shoddy products), -No Communication - Hardly any place to park your car - Very Messy work area(On any given day you can venture out to the Plant floor and find Monster cans and Chewing tobacco cans) -Shoddy/Broken equipment and tools - 2nd hand machines -Management won't listen to reason or your ideas And worst of all we produced so much waste.We would fill up 2 dumpsters a week!! This is supposed to be an Environmental Company.... It is one of the worst jobs i have ever had in my life and i used to work at Walmart for 3 years!!

everything. please if you're reading this and a current college grad, don't do it. They lie and confuse you during the interview process to thing this is a good company, but once you start, they'll put you in life threatening situations for little pay. You can literally make more money working at the mall. I know you probably think I'm exaggerating and it won't happen to you, this is what I thought and this company nearly drove me crazy. Please consider all other options except Triumvirate. This is the least I can do for those coming up behind me, to tell the real true about this horrible company.
