- Flexible with great work/life balance - Great compensation and benefits - Equity in a growing company that I believe will explode - Be part of a great team of people who actually care about you as a professional and as a person - Ability to learn something new or move into a different department - Great tech stack to work with and great IT strategy in general - They do things the right way
