Pros

I genuinely could not say enough nice things about working for this company. Every single employee is so kind and great to be around! Company culture is outstanding. Leadership makes sure that you have every tool necessary to excel. I really enjoy going to work everyday, we have ping pong tournaments, free snacks and a great team. Even when we were working from home the CEO sent out quarantine care packages with snacks and puzzles. WHO DOES THAT?! Absolutely recommend applying, you're going to love it here!

Pros

Inspirational project worked on by a team of experienced engineers. Awesome small company culture but really get the feeling that this company is about to take off. Leadership is all extremely talented and friendly. My direct manager is the best boss I've had in the industry. He always gives you projects that suit your skill level and interests while always giving positive, constructive feedback. This company really knows how to take care of its employees.

Cons

I can't think of any cons unless you don't like small company culture.
