Pros
Trovata is composed of an incredible team of individuals and even on my first day I felt like I was part of a family. There are many opportunities for growth and career development here and upper management sincerely cares about you as an individual. The leadership team has done a great job at cultivating a positive and cohesive environment even when covid has led to everyone working remote. As Trovata continues to grow, there have been many conversations regarding how we can continue to develop our company culture/values and the CEO genuinely cares about employee feedback and ideas. I have never felt more valued at a company, not only as an employee but also as a person! Trovata is also relatively generous with holidays and offers PTO + great benefits. There is also very low employee turnover, which is definitely a testament to how much people love working here!
Cons
While the cons of working at Trovata are far and few between, if you are looking for an easy job without much heavy lifting than this will probably not be a good fit for you. Everyone at Trovata works incredibly hard and sometimes this does translate to longer hours during the week. However, the value each individual's work brings to the company is definitely appreciated and remembered by upper management.
