      Terrible management, poor training; Management could care less about you. Total jerks. Worst management I have seen in 30 years. Only care about the $. You are nothing.

      Pros

      All of the potential for offering a good product and a good work experience are there.

      Cons

      Unethical management creates a poor product and customer service experience. Absolutely NO balance between family and work. Management is far more focused on the money brought in than the product and customer service they produce.

      Very Little Loyalty to Employees

      Pros

      Compensation was decent for General Labor. Days were as short or as long as you wanted them to be; Management only said something if you were consistently putting in more or less than 40 hours a week.

      Cons

      Near the beginning of winter, when outdoor jobs were finishing, guys who had been promised a position over the winter were let go with only a days notice.
