      Decent pay and commission. Nice customers.

      Cons

      Always being harassed. Job threatened weekly if ridiculous revenue goals aren't hit. 10 hours for 30+ stops at 142k sqft.

      none, company cares more about their bottom line and less about their workforce. no work life balance

      Cons

      Leadership is two-faced, talks behind your back and thinks employees don't know. Most of upper management have been with the company several years, this usually is a good sign, for TruGreen it indicates lack of ability to change with the times. They are stuck in old ways and do not take suggestions for improvement. If you don't agree with processes you may as well look for another position. You may want to google our boss, amazingly ther is a huge lack of respect and once you hear the "gossip" you understand why. Don't be fooled, they don't care about their employees.

      Pros

      great comission during season (april-june). endless leads and one on ones keep the center competitive. many times management gave opportunities to address personal needs outside of work.

      Cons

      small parts of company policy changes all the time. seasonal cutoff dates are never made clear. offseason opportunities are not encouraged.
