6 day work weeks. 10 hour days. Micro management to the extreme. Commissions were low so you're not going to make much more then your base salary. Too much wasted time meeting at the office. This time could be spent selling and the job could be done in a 5 day 40 hour work week. I would not recommend this job to seasoned sales pros. Great job for someone right out of high school.

My job duties were very simple, but they were often complicated by constantly changing or contradicting demands from management. Also, while lawn technicians were supplied with handheld tablets to keep track of work, the workers in the office were using outdated computers and computer software. We often ran into issues because of this, and upgrades were few and far in between since management seemed to care so little about its office workers. They are also dangerously understaffed.
