We’re surprised as that’s not consistent with the feedback we get from employees, given we are working on transforming the consumer car buying experience. Furthermore, we empower employees to have two-way dialogues with their managers, as feedback is an essential component of performance development. Additionally, we also provide various opportunities for growth and development through Udemy, TrueCar University and role specific training, programs and conferences to increase skills and capabilities. In regards to management, we are actively strengthening and improving our senior leadership team and have multiple channels of communication to share concerns with management all the way up to executive leadership.
