As far as internal meetings, we are evaluating hygiene and etiquette and devising a best practices approach to meetings, which we’ll pilot with specific teams and then roll out to the entire organization. Furthermore, we continue to focus on having a culture that is highly focused on employee engagement, performance and recognition.

We appreciate your feedback, however, we offer a very competitive benefits package. TrueCar covers the cost of employee medical, dental, and vision at 100%, and subsidizes the other coverage tiers at approximately 90%, which is extremely competitive. We review our benefits plans on an annual basis to ensure they remain competitive and continue to meet employees and their families needs. Furthermore, we are a people-centric organization and care deeply about employee wellbeing.
