Pros

The team: Most of the people working there are amazing people, always willing to help, kind, and understanding. But they are terrorized to say their opinion, they just say yes to everything just to keep flying under the radar.

Cons

Management is verbally abusive, they show passive-aggresive behavior, very insulting and demeaning. It looks like they hire people with the only purpose of destroying their soul. The way management speaks to employees is out of this world rude and disrespectful. There's a culture of 'accept what we say and shut up'. Not really willing to hear ideas from anyone else, they think they know everything. They push you to brainstorm ideas just to have a chance to tell you how deceiving you are. Employee rotation is crazy usual. The moment I left, two people more did the same. They expect you to work crazy hours to show compromise with the company, but they dont give you a nice treatment in return or even pay for this extra time. They use manipulation as a way to shut down your opinions or complaints. If you decide to speak up, they come at you calling you oversensitive and critiquing you as a professional. Not willing to listen and to take accountability for anything.

Pros

- Remote work is the only pro

Cons

- Horrible work enviroment. Upper and middle management frequently mistreat and humiliate the team for no reason. Toxic - You wil be forced to work every weekend, regardless of personal circumstances or signs of burnout - Compensation is very low. No benefits at all - Employees who perform well are often promoted without receiving a salary increase

Pros

Working at e2f for eight years has been an incredible journey. It’s a company with a constant eagerness to grow, always seeking innovation and improvement. Throughout my time there, I experienced both professional and personal growth, surrounded by amazing colleagues who made the journey even more rewarding. e2f is a place full of opportunities for those who are eager to learn, contribute, and grow alongside the company. I am truly grateful to have been part of this family.

Cons

It's not a disadvantage, it's simply part of the industry. Those who join should be prepared for a flexible and adaptive work environment, as change is a natural part of the company’s continuous growth.
