Everything about this place is a red flag

Pros

There are good people working hard daily with low pay.

Cons

Where to begin? Greed from the higher-ups ran unchecked making those who were passionate about their jobs work themselves to being stressed and burned out with no reward. They overwork people, underpay, and are just rude in general. Exploitation at its finest. I would not work here again ever in life!

Pros

Great work-life balance with outstanding benefits and opportunity for upward mobility within the firm. The management team cares about their employees through offering multiple performance based bonuses. This firm also provides the chance to perform some pretty rewarding work on behalf of individuals who are going through difficult legal situations.

Cons

As with most law firms, you may have to work late sometimes when but that is balanced with the ability to work from home when and flexible hours.
