Before coming to work for Turner Construction, I had no idea what Active Caring was... I had never experienced any type of intentional process of understanding the needs of employees, It was always the other way around, the needs of the business were far greater than those of the employees. Turner has showed me the value in not only being sucessful as a business, but how taking an active role in investing in the happiness of your employees can prove to be just as profitable. I love my job at Turner Construction and look forward to building a fruitful career with this company!
