      This was my first job straight out of college and it was a really great learning experience. Everyone on site was extremely helpful and would push me to excel. I was lucky to be assigned to a site where the project executive was a terrific leader. I'm thankful for the years there that instilled a good work ethic in me

      Promotions should be more based on merit and potential than years in the business.

      Good People but no Stability

      Pros

      I really enjoyed working with most of the people. Pay and Benefits were good. Very nice office, but open atmosphere. Not a lot of privacy.

      Cons

      I did not have the tools to do my job. I was provided with Timberline Estimating Software, which has a very limited database. No clear direction from the Management team on what was expected. Each Estimating Leader had different methods, so not a lot of Standards. However, they were working on developing standards.
