      Pros

      Room to move around and grow. Depends on the employee and their goals.

      Cons

      Some times you have to carry the weight of other co-workers. Instead of making them hold their own the team absorbs it due to upper mgmt. Bad for the team but good for you if you know how to up-sell it for your own personal gains.

      Cons

      vacation was only 2 weeks for up to 5 years. 3 weeks after 5 years. slow to give raises and they weren't substantial
