What couldn’t be more perfect, however, is that we are coming together as One Team at Turnitin - not legacy this or that - to ensure the integrity of global education and meaningfully improve learning outcomes. Our people are humble, committed and supportive - this is spoken of in exit interviews and engagement surveys with consistency. We are listening carefully to your feedback. The key takeaway is that we need to focus more on culture and cohesion in this remote-first world that we're all operating in. Please know that we're spending significant time and energy focused on company culture, with our people leaders and executive leaders. What does this look like?
