      Pros

      Lower level management has been great.

      Cons

      I've been at the company 10 years. This is as bad as I've ever seen employee morale. Executive communication has been tone deaf. Nobody is confident they are still going to have a job at the end of the year. The Richard Davis era of US Bank was great, we felt valued as employees, been sad to be here to watch it get so much worse.

      None that I can think of.

      Cons

      The company is mandating a RTO policy and forcing employees to pay $300 per month for parking. This is effectively a pay cut. They're clearly taking advantage of the tough job market, but once conditions shift in favor of workers, people won’t hesitate to leave.

      The only good thing is the below market paycheck you will receive every other week. That is it. Full-stop. Any positive reviews that you see here have been encouraged or purposely left by HR.

      The CEO and the full cadre of sycophants that she employed as her executive team The dead money stock price for the last 10years. The layer upon layer of inept redundant middle management all jockeying to make some more stupid manual processes to justify their pitiful existence, The asleep at the switch Board of Directors who has allowed the nightmare to continue on year after year. The stupid underqualified leaders of wealth management who have convinced themselves that creating mosaics will hide the fact they have terrible people selling their pathetic offering in a competitive space. The list goes on and on.
