Pros

Benefits and time off are great

Cons

Return to work policy changed, no more working from home, even if hired this way. Management is condescending and constant change in raising standards every few months. Work life balance depleted, productivity valued higher than accuracy

Pros

- A paycheck, (though relatively low pay) - Standard benefits

Cons

With all the reorgs in recent years, major layoffs, and terribly executed RTO, this is a place to stay clear of. In particular, UXR is now part of Marketing under someone who doesn't seem to have any leadership skills in general let alone understanding of UXR. There's more and more pressure to take on excessive amounts of work to make up for their ill-conceived layoffs. The most recent "leadership" hire also knows pretty much nothing about UXR, so there's no possibility of advocacy from leadership or restoring this function. If you can turn off your humanity and accept being treated like crap for a paycheck, you might be ok here. Otherwise, stay very, very far away.

Pros

This location is closed Saturdays and Sundays. In depth training courses online.

Cons

I would highly advise against working at this location. My experience was far from positive, primarily due to the management style of the manager. The manager was highly micromanaging and domineering, creating a stifling work environment. Any attempt to offer suggestions or improvements was met with resistance, as management consistently took a "my way or the highway" approach. This attitude stifled creativity and collaboration, as the manager always felt the need to be right, leaving little room for employee input or growth. Turn over rate at this location is alarming and should be a red flag for anyone. I hope future changes in leadership will address these issues to create a more inclusive and open workplace.
