      Pros

      I am new in the banking industry and I did receive good training coming into us bank. The online training is a joke but the training at the "banker school" is good. I met some good people along the way too including the people at my branch.

      Cons

      Pay. No growth. Sales Sales Sales. This kinda sums it up. But other then that i am a college grad, and i feel under qualified working here. This is going to be short term.....i cant see my self working here more then a year or two. Just trying to get some experience.

      Pros

      its a small branch network and you can make your name in the chicagoland area if you hit your numbers consistently

      Cons

      Attoricious banker support system, infact unproffesional. You have customer in front of you and the support line is busy for good 10 -15 minutes and this is not an exaggeration....... ....the internal website is a mess. Some of the culture here is that if i Shout at you, you will then fear me and not ask questions.....Go figure.!

      Pros

      Okay place to work if not looking for promotions. Possibility of transferring out of regions if region is really corrupt.

      Cons

      Management is uneducated and does not value education in workplace. Most employees worked for less than four years without having a raise or performance review before resigning because of dissatisfaction.
