steady pay/lots of overtime/Pre-interview polygraph questions can be found online/Great health Benefits/5 week paid vactions/Lots of sick time/hard to get fired/Meet many people from different backgrounds/Easy work for law enforcement position

Cons

Hiring process is overkill, Mandatory overtime, Polygraph interview turns into an interrogation, will share your answers with other agencies,Polygraph is setup to incriminate yourself,not a fair hiring process
