Thank you for your thoughtful review. You’ve heard me say it many times: Our people are our greatest asset. Because I 100% believe that to be true, it’s imperative that our company listens to and engages with our team members, provides transparent communication, and offers workplace flexibility, especially now during these challenging times. I’m glad to hear you see the results of these efforts – I want to make CSS a workplace we can all can be proud of. You’re right that conservatorship does create unique challenges. But I’ve seen the results that we can deliver working together and I believe we can keep coming up with innovative solutions to deliver phenomenal work for our clients. If you’d like to share additional feedback, please email me. Thanks again for sharing, Tony Renzi, CEO, CSS

Pros

Overall its a decent place to work, however if you're really trying to grow your career probably not the best. The people are nice and pay is about on par for the area. Most people are very knowledgeable and willing to work with you. The newer CEO has really come in and shaken things up, and you can see how the company will be strong in the future!

Cons

As stated above career development is not clear. Even some managers arent really aware of the differences between levels. Having come from a truly fast paced organization, this one feels very slow. Short term things are a bit dull despite exciting long term organizational goals.

Thanks so much for your review. We’re pushing hard to make CSS an inclusive, supportive, and engaging culture where everyone can do their best work. It’s exciting to hear you see some results of our efforts, but I’m committed to doing more. A huge part of our focus is on giving our people opportunities to grow and advance in their careers. You’ll hear much more about some of these initiatives shortly. As part of this, we’ll be addressing levels, which you point out as needing attention. If you’d like to share more feedback, please feel free to email me. Thanks for your feedback and for being a part of #AmazingCSS, Tony Renzi, CEO, CSS
