Pros

One pro was I was always moving, I did my route for the day, slept, then woke up for the next one. The pay was less then advertised; but pay stub easy to understand, and no hidden fees. You will get part of your bonus but only after asking for it multiple times.

Cons

no respect, dirty trucks, load before life, rude management They don't care if you can't see the road, the load is more important. It could be a white out or blizzard you must push on. If you don't expect to get yelled at. If your too tired to drive because the weather fatigued you, expect to get yelled at. Their motto is the load before your life in Auburn , IN. My first truck was so nasty i got very sick. My second truck was just as bad, but no pet dander. I had to clean both. They would not let me go back OTR or switch accounts. Must have at least a 6month lease signed before they pay you your second bonus.

Pros

You can have a pet on your truck

Cons

Very low weekly miles, worthless driver managers, load planners and dispatch, super unorganized, trucks always breaking down half the time in shop more then on the road, low pay. When I decided to move from swift to Useless Xpress they promised me the world just to get me into their door was promised 2500 miles per week or BETTER I've been with this USeless company since July and I have been lucky to see 2600 miles within that time just a couple of times lucky if I get 1700 miles a week. 300.00 pay checks every week is not worth staying OTR for 6 - 8 weeks at a time being away from home, family, friends and having some kind of life and not mention theI've gone into credit card debit paying bills with my credit cards just to stay a float. Within the short time I've been with the company they have reseated me into 3 trucks why because their trucks are crap and they give the better trucks to their team drivers, been SCREWED out of layover pay, detention pay and have to fight with them weekly to get money I have put out for supplies for the truck and weight scales. So the only advice I can give to anyone thinking about applying to USeless Xpress is RUN and RUN as fast as you can. RUN FOREST RUN ***DRIVERS BEWARE***

Pros

No pros. Walmart Account out of gas city indiana. Im a lease purchaser so obviously i have a truck payment. They only pay for loaded miles. Ran a full 70 hr clock and my first check was$320, checked my paycheck statement today, it's ajoke! Although i ran almost 2000 miles in a ŵeek, im bringing home $0!!! They will use LP drivers to do Wal-Mart's back hauls and if they are 1-3 hours away you still don't get paid for it!!!

Cons

Everything about this place is a con!!! Dispatchers are completely oblivious on how to do their actual job. I was on the Dollar Tree account out of Joliet,Indiana, they took me off because noone could make notes of drivers calling and reporting breakdowns so they assume you haven't stayed in contact with them and will take you off the account. They paid me about $2000 just to stay with US Xpress , because I'm a fan good driver and they put me on walmart accountjust to lose me anyways. I will never recommend this company to anyone even if you have no bills to pay. There's only 3 of us LP guys on this account since its so new and one of them didn't even stay for his 2nd week.
