Pros

This company promises you good steady money on good steady dedicated account when in reality they're full of crap I'm already looking for another place to go work save the time and apply with another company these guys are full of bull crap

Cons

If you hire on here for the Dollar Tree dedicated account don't say you were not warned about the bull crap that this company shovels out

Pros

LOL that question is a joke

Cons

Lies upon lies, cheap frieght and stealing money from their owner ops. Worked for them for over 4 years, started as a company driver became a lease op with them and once my truck was paid off my miles and money went down the tube. Decided to take my truck to another company and they started dipping their hands into my bond and maintenance money within the 45 days they are suppose to send the money to me I questioned them why they are charging me money they said that there was changes in linehauls after the load were completed and when asked to see proof and knew I was getting ripped off they started giving me the run around. I finally got a screen shot of the supposed linehaul change and the numbers didn’t add up. (Mind you I was an account for a major retail pharmacy so I’m very good with figures) Contacted another person within the company and went over the problem with him and was told you’re getting screwed out of your money and was told there’s nothing I can do because this is normal and I’m not the only driver that this happens to. So my only advice to anyone wanting to haul for them is be very aware what you’re getting yourself into. And for USX your day will come and I can’t wait to see that day KARMA will be coming for you!!!

Pros

Some people might like usxpress but from my OTR experience with them I wouldn't ever recommend anyone to feed in to there amazing empty promises and the lies... they are really sticking it to people straight out of CDL school I have been down that road they should at least be straight up with the people on the phone before they waste peoples time with the lies and empty promises out of 2weeks straight on the road I did all of my logs right sent all of my micros in correct always showed good pre trips and post trips I never had a late load delivery I actually love the job I don't mind the driving or the hours or I didn't mind being away for home for weeks on end I sent all of my bill of ladings and cover sheets in to payroll correctly as I was shown did everything as they asked and never once complained even when they cancelled 3loads on me after hooking up to the load and getting a couple of hours out and have to take it back or setting at the terminal from 2pm until 11 the next morning for a load or not even after them telling me to bobtail to a shipper 93miles away and get there and they tell me I need a empty trailer that they could load and have to go back 13 miles past where I started from and my fleet manager said I'm sorry I told you to bobtail our trip planner didn't make a note that you needed to have a trailer but I drove from Memphis TN to Hagerstown MD close to PA then to West Virginia to Cincinnati OH to St Louis to Madison IL to Dallas TX and made 386 out of the whole time out 2weeks and 2 paychecks and they took out 200 for school rem my check was 116$ after said and done I spend almost that aweek on food drinks and cigarettes my next week check after sending my load paperwork in to payroll I made 270.56 and I called and said this couldn't be right that my last week check was really small and I didn't get my 1000$ for dropping my first load like was promised and then he said I will look into it don't quit just tough it out things will get alot better.... I could work at McDonald's and make what I clear I am married got 2 dogs rent for my house a car payment had to let my other car go because I couldn't afford it I was a welder and made decent money I mean I took care of my family paid my bills rent and both cars and I wasn't making but 750$ aweek and worked 6days aweek and home every night and i checked into getting my CDL and they said on the phone I could make 1,150 or more a week so I got on the bus to CDL school the next morning bottom line is yea right I made better money when I was with my trainer straight out of CDL school getting trainee pay I thought well if I can clear 400 and something I will make good money when I get my own truck man was i wrong i never received my 1000$ bonus for delivering my first load like they said I would then said I would get a upgrade bonus when I got my own truck never seen the first penny like they say they pay for your CDL you end up paying for them out of each check your self and the catch for them to pay for it it says they pay up to 7500 it's if you stay with them 14 months and they repay you what money you payed in but not at one lump sum a little here and there on your checks and I don't see where the sign on bonus comes in and all of the money they are ripping these new beginners fresh out of CDL school driving the life out of them and just seeing how much crap you will put up with with nothing pay spending biggest amount of your check just surviving on the road and for what just you make them in 4months is more than you will clear In them 14 months they take money out of your check for your CDL I think it's a scam from r new beginners my advice is to actually do major research on any company before a final decision most of your people talking extremely good about them came into the company has had there CDL and plenty OTR experience and has changed companies or owner operators and leasing it to the company and make around 85% what the load.... just beware before you start and it's just to much work and not enough pay to take care of your eats out on the road and your phone bill and quit and are stuck with the CDL bill anyways

Cons

New beginners beware usxpress is full of empty promises and when you start CDL school and sign them papers you reliable for paying for the full amount of you don't even make it through the school process it might be some good out of the company but I worked my soul out for the company and was away from my family for 3 1/2 weeks at CDL school and got on a grey hound bus straight from there and I was trained by a trainer on a dedicated account for target an was with him 4weeks had to stay a week longer on the count they didn't have a upgrade date for me when I was finished and then I got my truck and had to go on the road for 2 more weeks before I got to come home for 2days and had to leave right back out what a ripoff company and crap pay for new beginners
