      Pros

      The benefits are okay and some of the employees are nice. Boylan Healthcare is an okay place to start a career, but not where you want to stay for long.

      Cons

      Terrible management and office politics. If you have been there for a long time and can kiss up to management you are good to go.

      Pros

      -Worked with awesome residents. -Wide range of patients. -Good coworkers very positive and fun to work with.

      Cons

      -Lateral violence from other nurse was known and tolerated by my manager! -HR continues to give incorrect employment dates and refuses to fix the problem despite my ability to prove employment dates with direct deposit on bank statements and w2. It feels retaliatory based on speaking up about lateral violence. -Parking is an issue, but not unexpected given the size of the organization.
