      Mixed bag - great if you’re one of the chosen ones

      Opportunities to apply for roles and transfer across the organization, fairly consistent raises/bonuses, learning opportunities, ability to network and meet new people, health benefits

      Cons

      Lack of diversity in senior leadership, lack of leadership accountability, direct manager makes or breaks your experience, performance raises are not always based on performance (sometimes given across the board making it hard to see value in going above and beyond, raises are also low with no opportunity to truly reward high performers), almost all leadership openings have someone already identified

      Cheap, overworked and not for the people

      Good starting pay. Good insurance.

      Cons

      Overworked and underpaid. Management doesn’t care about you, all they care about if putting more money in their pockets. You get sick with covid? They’ll put you in a PTO hole and not let you file for unemployment when they cut your hours in half. They’ll lower your pay without any care in the world. These people are con artists!! They don’t care about their staff at all. Constant bullying but management doesn’t care. No confidentiality with any complaint. Favorites get their way.
