upmc has a good reputation overall with patients.
Cons
low pay, treated poorly, supervisors don't seem to care about employees as people, zero positive feedback, encouraged to give the patients what ever they want instead of best treatment, even told by supervisors outside of dicipline what kind of treatment to provide, misled about job duties at interview, raise was a joke, unhealthy work-life balance
