      Pros

      Work/life balance - management cares about employees - excellent facility (when working on site) - upper management keeps employees informed - provided tools & training to be resourceful..

      Cons

      Contractors could stand to be treated better and included in some of the same benefits or perks as Feds. Will be forced to "desk share" as a result of other agencies being allowed to occupy our space #wewereherefirst Would be nice if good performance was recognized.

      They run on numbers, if survey respondents refuse to complete the survey, you are held responsible and marks against you. Always pressure to meet deadline which constantly change. This is basically a production job,.

      Decent pay and pay increase structure.

      Cons

      1. No opportunity for growth is regional offices 2. Mean upper management (horribly mean) 3. Field Supervisors employed do not work, often attend meetings on Skype doing other things, upper management doesn’t do anything about it. You get in trouble for them not working, even though upper level managers know they aren’t working. 4. Managers will call you all hours of the night. No boundaries.
