Great pay and benefits. Some good people with a batch of sour ones.

Cons

Terrible upper management, and horrible working conditions. Impossible workload to keep up with. A chief counsel who is delusional of her responsibilities and treats her staff like indentured servants. Highly disorganized office run by failures who couldn’t make it at top tier law firms. Avoid if you know what’s best.

The pay and benefits are good. The journeyman and rank & file employees are some of the best anywhere.

Cons

The management SUCKS!! They make life much much more difficult for the dedicated men and women doing their jobs honorably and courageously than it has to be with their absurd demands and policies. Priorities are upside down. They consistency rank at the bottom of job satisfaction within the federal government... For a reason!!!
