Pros

Some teammates/employees are great, and are absolute gems. Each branch seems to be a bit different, so you get a different flavor depending on where you are. If you're planning on staying here long term, the employee ownership piece could be very appealing to you. It seems like senior leadership does really care about people, in general.

Cons

No accountability for management at any level. Standards are not consistent and there are favorites. Very sales focused organization is great if you're in sales, and the company definitely is successful this way, but can cause a lot of stress for ops. There needs to be a lot more transparency from management, and a lot more accountability. Good performers have to hold up the bad ones since there is very little performance management.
