Pros

Salary is great, in-house cafeteria is great, shifts are good, and the insurance benefits are phenomenal!

Cons

Being expected to sell products you are unfamiliar with. Not receptive to illness/injury - of which I had both and was ridiculed for it repeatedly.

Pros

Great culture, fantastic benefits, competitive wages, an environment where management cares just as much for employees as they do results. Mission driven organization where all decisions are made with membership in mind.

Cons

There aren't many cons. There can be difficulty and lengthy decision making.

Pros

Great training, 401K with 6% match, though 5 yrs before vested

Cons

High stress due to micro-management, call center yes, but management very subjective, political. Pattern of targeted cuts of tenured employees with a token new employee to offset scrutiny. All about the bottom line with management style in practice.
