Pros

Good compensation, great benefits and support, and a real connection with the members who purchase and use our products. Great society, volunteer support and green carpooling and bus options!

Cons

I do not live near a bus line, so I have to drive in.

Pros

Great benefits (medical, retirement, paid time off, etc.), decent pay, positive and enthusiastic employee workforce who believe in the core mission of the company, laser focused on member experience and satisfaction, a leader in technology

Cons

Pay is not quite as competitive as some big-name companies, hardly any choice in workplace location, a small amount of bureaucracy (though seems much better than other large companies)
