Pros

There is great opportunity for advancement in USAA> They have excellent benefits and are great to thir employees. USAA offers fitness reimbursement, tuition reimbursement, day care, and cafeteria. They have an onsite fitness center as well. They really believe in retaining thir employees rather than having a high tturn over rate.

Cons

There is new management. There is a New CEO. Hopefully things will change for the better at USAA. It became a dicfficult work place when they started requesting all households to have 6 products. It used to be thats products weren't recommended unless they made sense. It can be very stressful.
