No micromanagement, you can create your own career pathway, if you work hard and smart, management will see you.

Cons

A lot of friends and family employed who are promoted faster than regular employees, even with almost no experience.

The only positive was the pay

Cons

As a developer I was barely communicated with. I would just be given a ticket and once done it would take a week for it to get approved. The CEO would attend weekly meetings that really had nothing going on. Project manager was lax and barely got any progress out. On my last meeting the CEO went on a very unprofessional rant drilling on the project manager about productivity. After the meeting the CTO who I worked directly with told me everything was fine and my job was safe. The next day I got a call from HR and laid me off due to the “project being put on pause by the CEO”.
