Thank you for your feedback. Your comments allow us to look more closely at what may not be working. As a professional services firm, we have a commitment to our employees to ensure that everyone is working productively. Timesheets are part of that. However, it sounds like there were some communication issues around expectations and further communication issues as part of your eventual offboarding. We are planning to roll out training to managers and will make sure that your comments are brought into this process. Please feel free to contact me directly at – mwood@usdm.com

Thank you for your feedback. We have been undergoing some changes and re-organization and through that process, managers may have had to be more hands on to ensure consistent quality. We have recently promoted a team member to our Training and Development Manager to re-vamp and upgrade all training within in the company, so we are excited to relay this is an area that is currently undergoing many improvements. This will likely help with anyone feeling micromanaged. USDM does support flexibility and many of our employees are remote, with that, there may be some expectations to work extra during peak times. Many of our employees have families and are able to schedule around school events and personal obligations. I would welcome a direct conversation to get any more of your feedback or ideas for improvement so please feel free to contact me directly at – mwood@usdm.com
