Thank you for your feedback. USDM is growing quickly and extremely fast paced so we understand that there are some challenges. We have been working on our career paths for our team members and have recently promoted several teammates in a variety of our departments. USDM has a talented team, where we have some impressive professional journeys where team members started within our consulting division, and now hold a position on our Leadership team. We encourage all to excel and grow within the company. To help with consistent Manager feedback, we have recently launched our quarterly performance reviews to ensure feedback. USDM also has an employee engagement survey every year to hear our teams’ voices and have an engagement committee to take action where improvement is needed. We appreciate your comments. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we appreciate your feedback. We are happy to hear you are like being part of the USDM team. We hear your feedback about the 401K match and communication. USDM does not match, however, we do encourage our employees to save for their retirement and take advantage of the tax benefits by enrolling in the 401k or Roth plans. Communication is never easy, and we are striving to improve here at all levels throughout the company. This will be one of our areas of focus for 2023 to improve. I hope you will see a difference going forward. As for your career path, this is also an area of focus that we want to improve. With our launch of quarterly performance review, we hope this will help carve out team members goals, objectives and career path.
