Business Outlook
Pros
Overall a positive culture and atmosphere. People are very friendly and they seem willing to help. Training was intense at the beginning but it is solid and I feel prepared when I am in the field. Every company seems to have a level of micromanaging as they do here but you have a lot of freedom when you are away from the office. This has been my best experience with a company since college.
Cons
Could use a little more product knowledge at the beginning especially since you are selling a service and products. IPad is very cool for the database but connection issues sometimes slows me down in the field.
