6 months into the company, I started to feel skeptical. They make us fill out mileage forms now, and if it is not done, no mileage. The first week that was put into place the company took $155 of every reps traveling reimbursement and never returned it. I've still yet to get reimbursed for the money taken. It also takes 60+ days from installment to receive commissions which doesn't strike to well with me. It actually makes me not trust the company as much. When the first opportunity arises for me to go, sell what I want, and be where I want to be, I WILL BE GONE, AND NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS INDUSTRY.

- Not a competitive commission structure - Little to no training once you've started on the job - Training that is provided is outdated and antiquated - Unwilling to embrace technological advancement to keep up with competitors - Management has absolutely no idea how to train, motivate, or keep a staff - Highest turnover rate of any company that I have ever worked for (in the time that I was there, I watched more than 10 people come and go - most of which didn't make it 6 months) - Management tends to be reactive rather than proactive
