Pros

401k, insurance, other than that nothing else.

Cons

Unprofessional management! You can't learn something new if the person who's supposed to train you refuses to do so. If you don't meet ridiculous goals they have set in 90 days they will fire you. And apparently things constantly change so as soon as you learn something you'll have to relearn something else. Within my first 2 weeks there I noticed many red flags. Backstabbing is apparently big here. This position is a waste of your time and the companies and I'm not sure why they keep trying to hire for it. Don't miss work in your 90 days. You'll be let go in an instant. Your just a corporate number here not a human being.

1. if you want more money, need to do more physical work
