Pros

Nothing, compensation was bad, management is bad, etc. I only stayed there because I needed a job

Cons

They really do not care about their employees here at all unless they work at head office, and I was part of the office staff that were still getting treated far better than delivery drivers and warehouse staff. Management is super immature and they also do not follow HR regulations

Pros

Managers and supervisors treat me with respect. They will work with you when you have appointments or need to leave. Hold family in a high regard. Always keeping up with new ways of achieving goals.

Cons

I have no complaints about my position.
