The management at my location was very supportive. My Regional Sales Manager, General Manager and Sales Manager all did everything they could to help me succeed. The office staff was very good about processing paperwork after I submitted a sale. The service team at my location was one of the best in the company. It was a great family atmosphere at the office. I never felt like they looked for a reason to fire people. Even if your numbers weren't good, as long as they could see you were putting the work in they would do whatever they could to help you first before letting anyone go. There are constantly contest and incentives beyond just the commission and regular bonuses to help you make more money. The training is very good.

UniFirst puts a tremendous amount into training which continues even after the initial new hire period. There are plenty of incentive programs such as a new hire ramp up bonus, President's club, corporate driven sales contests and sales contests at the local level.
