It’s always saddens us when any Team Partner feels their experience with UniFirst is a negative one. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

I have been at UniFirst for 2 years and have had some of my best moments working for this company. They allow their outside sales reps freedom to make things happen. The training at UniFirst is second to none and can propel a hardworking individual to the top of their game. As a sales rep having a strong company with a strong reputation makes your job a lot simpler. UniFirst has family core values that transcend locations.

Cons

There is no company that is perfect, nor will they please every customer all the time. UniFirst is very proactive when it comes to any opportunity that jeopardizes the relationship.

Pros

Easy to get hired on if you have a clear driving and criminal background.

Cons

Adding so many sales people to one territory to make each person concentrate on 400-500 customers is crazy when so many of the 400-500 are customers are those that have allready dropped the service due to bad performance. 8 salesman in Charlotte maybe but the same amount in Myrtle Beach is ridicules.
