      Very Long Hours

      Pros

      Decent pay and you get to work independently with no one on your neck (most of the time).

      Cons

      Very long hours, sometimes 12-14hr shifts. Alot of paperwork, get some handheld computers. It would make things 10 times easier for everyone including the customer. The entire system is outdated (from the delivery process to the cash out at the end of the day).

      Scary how they operate

      Pros

      Nice vacations when you spend time getting them, nice co workers.

      Cons

      Upper Management is horrible. Most make up rules as they go and make figures come out in their favor. They only fix things when big boss comes around. Moral is at an all time low but management looks the other way. Office staff is always turning around with no one wanting the stay. Each department works against each other but never together. RSR's get 95% of blame for everything.
