Pros

This role, while challenging at times, is extremely rewarding for anyone looking to start and/or continue to develop their sales career. The training is very in-depth and thought out. The ability to work with a ton of different industry verticals and buyer types enables you to gain the experience necessary to improve your career trajectory. There are plenty of upward mobility opportunities and competitive base + generous commissions/bonus structure ensure you always have something to work toward. Management was always very encouraging and professional, their deep experience helped me become successful early on and continued growing my confidence day in and day out.

Cons

Personally, I have no cons. However, if you are not a motivated self-starter who will put in the work necessary to succeed, you will not produce. It can be a tough role for anyone who waits for things to happen.

Pros

Some of the best people you will ever work for or with. Great training, support, and pay plan.

Cons

This company is only for driven people that work hard. Lots of activity. As a new seller, all you have to do is talk to people and get appointments? That’s it. Someone experienced will accompany you on appointments. Only low energy people don’t make it.

Pros

Good benefits, overall great company....just horrendous management.

Cons

If you are looking to succeed in a territory sales role, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. The current sales managers of Location 821 can't keep a sales team together to save their lives. In fact, the only consistancy they really have is a high turnover rate. How the corporate office has not taken notice that the common denominator is poor management is baffling. If you seek a position where you work extended hours, are belittled, receive conflicting instructions, and unreasonable expectations this is the place for you.
