It is a good training ground when it comes to the consultive sales cycle.

Cons

The level of professionality was nil and void. The left hand does not know what the right hand was doing when it came to sales and service. There where representatives writing emails to the district managers and not getting any responses back. Which kind of eliminated there open door policy. I mean there was a guy sleeping during our phone block and even the general manager didn't say anything to him. This really brought down the moral of the office. Everyone there didn't support the employee from the manager, to the employee. Support is non existent

There are no pros to this job what so ever. It is simply a job you have while you wait until your next job.

Cons

Micromanagement is extremely bad. They train you for 6 weeks on roll playing the perfect scenario without actually teaching you anything. 0 product knowledge is thought to you. There is a reason why this company has very bad turnover. If you are considering it be careful. I would strongly advise not relocating to work here.
