The 6 week sales training gives you all the tools you need to be great at your job. A specialized Sales Training professional will be overlooking your progress and assist you every step of the way from beginning to end which is very unique. From there you will be assigned a territory and work closely with your sales manager to start creating your funnel. You will have weekly meetings with your sales manager and he/she will assist you with any needs as well as accompany you meetings on an as needed basis. In my personal experience even the plant manager made time to come to important meetings with me and helped me to close some deals. UniFirst wants you to be part of the organization for years to come so they will provide you with all the tools you need to succeed if you are willing to put the effort. Without a doubt it has been one of the best working experiences I've ever had.
