Pros

Free Snacks and coffee. The commission plan is on the higher side of the industry.

Cons

The management team will control every deal that you are working on, selling hard through the sales cycle. I got roughly 5-6 emails from management per day that were only distracting and not helpful. The managers are some of the most distrusting individuals I have met and will suck every last deal out of you and then kick you out the door.

Thank you for your review and for recognizing our highly competitive commission plans -- successful sales professionals are well rewarded for their contributions to our business. Our sales leadership team is among the most experienced in the industry and works hard to support their account managers to ensure their success. I hope that you find an environment that's more suited to your specific working style in your next role.

Call Metrics over Revenue

Pros

-Good tech w/ consistent demand -Sales and AM team are the driving force of revenue for parent company Kaseya. -SE’s are knowledgeable and seasoned.

Cons

-Kaseya runs the show, under qualified Account managers in Miami poach opportunities. -5 VP’s in less than 3 years -Unitrends lead distribution model mirrors that of a bingo hall lacking clear direction. -Not a territory model whatsoever, round robin distribution of warm vs fake leads. -Kaseya CEO seems to be a bit unhinged on company wide calls. -Kaseya CEO established specific rules about when sales members request PTO which ultimately get approved by CEO. -Kaseya siphoning off revenue streams to justify a poorly run sales office in Miami
