The work load is high and sometimes you end up doing other jobs that are not even yours to do.

No competitive raises. Low nurse salary

Same as all other corporations. Management asks for ideas & pretends to listen or care but do nothing in the long run. Problem employees continue to stay employed with little to no reprimand. Many little bonuses instead of just giving us a flat raise that would actually make a difference.

Some bullying, some managers. Cut off raises of you make too much, don't pay incentive for multiple assignments.

Other departments excluding nurses do not receive market raises. Nurses/case managers received two or three market increase while administrative assistant/scheduling received 0 even though the workflow has increased.

Poor pay, management doesn’t care about your compensation, treated like you’re dispensable, raises are a joke (like 0.5% some years).
