Unsafe patient staff ratios, constantly understaffed, insignificant yearly raises, toxic work environment. If targeted, employees cannot afford to defend themselves against this institution.

Flexible schedules make work-life balance easy to juggle

The health insurance is not that good. You are not covered when outside the state of Iowa. You are restricted to only UnityPoint providers and you pay more than average for employee-only coverage. Also, this employer is a non-profit and their pay raises reflect that as well.

They don't work too keep employees happy. Raises are minimal and there is very little chance for upward movement.

None Overworked Underrepresented Underpaid Not valued Poor skilled manager Manager does not have the officers back Manager spends to much time investigating stupid things while not dealing with real issues. HR does not actually take action against bad employees. Security director is out of touch with his team. Security Leadership is terrible. People are leaving a a high rate because management within Security department is incompetent.
